Skip the store-bought, processed versions full of inflammatory oils. Here’s how to make creamy, delicious homemade mayo:
What You Need:
Wide-mouth Ball jar
Stick blender
2 room-temperature pasture-raised eggs (or warm in water for a few minutes)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 oz Bragg’s apple cider vinegar
Juice of 1–2 limes
Avocado oil - quality olive oil
How to Make It:
Add eggs, mustard, vinegar, and lime juice to the jar, blend
Have a helper slowly pour avocado oil while you blend on low with a stick blender.
Lift the blender gradually upwards as you drizzle in the oil
Keep going - lifting stick blender slowly upwards until it thickens into a smooth, creamy mayo.
